Shipping policy

C.A. Sage sells digital products only — there is no physical shipping, and we do not ship anything to your mailing address.
How delivery works
The moment your payment is confirmed, your purchase unlocks instantly:
- You'll get an order confirmation email with a secure download link
- You can also download your files directly from the order status page right after checkout
- Files are yours to keep — download them to your device and, ideally, back them up somewhere safe (cloud storage, email to yourself, etc.)
Delivery time
Instant. There's no waiting, no printing, no truck. If your download email hasn't shown up within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder first, then email us at casagediyguides@gmail.com and we'll resend it right away.
File access
Download links do not expire under normal use, and you can re-download your files any time by returning to your order confirmation email or your account order history. If you ever lose access, just reach out — we keep your purchase on record.
Taxes and currency
Prices are shown in CAD or USD depending on your region; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
