OVERVIEW
All products sold by C.A. Sage — including the DIYER Series guides, printables and trackers — are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your purchase has been made available for download, except as described below or as required by applicable law.

NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer a refund once you have received access to your purchase, regardless of whether you have downloaded, opened, or used the files. Please review product descriptions and any available previews carefully before completing your purchase, as we are not able to accept a change of mind as a reason for a refund.

EXCEPTIONS
We will provide a refund, replacement file, or credit in the following limited circumstances:
- You were charged but never received access to your purchase due to a technical error on our end (for example, a broken download link or a failed delivery email);
- You were charged more than once for the same order;
- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was described on the product page; or
- A refund is required under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If you believe you qualify for one of the exceptions above, contact us at casagediyguides@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review each request individually and respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

CHARGEBACKS
If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider — we're a small, one-person shop and can usually resolve delivery or technical issues quickly.
